 CONTAINERIZED FULLY AUTOMATIC THERMO UNITS
The transportable thermo unit is a complex installation, Fully automated,"TURN KEY" delivered,mounted in one or two containerized module(Confind type).
The capacity and the components of the installation are determined according to beneficiary's demands. The thermo power of the boilers ranges between:20,000 kcal/h and
1,200,000 kcal/h and it is calculated according to an analysis of heat consumers.

 Purpose : The transportable thermo units
Confind are destined to heat
oilseparation installation , commercial areas, block of flats, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, schools.
Technical characteristics :
The modules have a steel structure, the walls and the roof being made of thermo isolation materials(Ondatherm sandwich panels 40 mm thickness) imported
from Italy , with doors and windows of aluminium or PVC.
According to the beneficiary's demands the thermo units can be provided with a separate compartment for the following purposes :
- personnel accommodation
- locker room
The dimensions of the thermo unit are :
- length : 3m or 6m
- height : 2.7m
- width : 2.45m or 4.9m or 7.35m
Standard components :
1. Hot water boiler of different capacities purchased from companies such as : Baltur, Viessman, Confort, Viadrus.
The boilers are made of steel and produce thermal agent with variable or constant temperature. Due to reduction in loading of the burning chamber the combustion is
much cleaner. In addition the three paths evacuation of burnt gases ensures a reduction of noxes ,the installation operating within Swiss standards. For the case of
boilers with cast iron elements we mention that all elements are detachable ensuring the ease of transportation and maintainance. The boilers operate economically,
ecologically with an efficiecy of 90% to 95% for a temperature of thermic agent of 60 to 75 C . The increase in efficiency is accomplished by recycling the heat of
evacuated gas through the improvement of the heat exchanging surfaces. The boilers are controlled through a computerized unit allowing adjustments of time and
temperatures, time scheduling, diagnosys of the system.
2. The burners operate on natural gas,light liquid fuel, diesel injection being purchased from Lamborghini, Baltur, Unigas, Radiant. The burners have
the following characteristics :
- Wide variety of fuels
- Automatic controlled operation
- Pre-ventilation of combustion chamber
- Flame monitoring
- Stability of ventilator
- Silent operation
The two steps burners include a quick response servomotor that controls the fuel consumption.
The modulant burners operate with slow adjustments of capacity , the burner gradually adjusting to the needs of the heating system.
The burner controller ensures automatic sequences and monitors the flame through a flame sensor.
3. Water treatment unit
They are of Decalux, Nobel type and produce active chlorine against bacteria formation. They are equiped with an electomechanic control valve with hydraulic
command.
